Easy Warehouse Soup

While the weather is still cool nothing sounds better than a cup of soup! This recipe is really easy and a unique twist to the average split pea soup. I really enjoyed this dinner and look forward to having it again soon. I would recommend doubling the recipe if feeding more than three people.
EASY WAREHOUSE SOUP

Ingredients:
Soup
1 lb. smoked kielbasa sausage
10 oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
10 oz. can condensed split pea with ham soup
14 oz. of diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
10 oz water
Creamed Corn Bread
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
15 oz. can creamed corn

Instructions:
Soup
Cut sausage into cubes and brown in soup pot over medium-high. Add cream of potato soup, split pea with ham soup, diced Italian tomatoes, and water. Heat to desired temperature.
Creamed Corn Bread
Combine Jiffy mix with 2 eggs and 1 can cream corn. Bake in greased 8x8" baking dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (We used Marie Calendar's Low Fat cornbread mix)
