Cool Summer Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is a great dish for a quick lunch/dinner or to bring to a potluck. It is easy to make and incredibly tasty.

Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked pasta
8 oz cooked ham pieces
4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed (we used sharp cheddar)
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
3 carrots- peeled, julienned, & lightly steamed
2 green onions sliced

Dressing: 
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1tsp sugar
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
In small second bowl, stir together dressing. 
Pour dressing over salad items & toss to coat.
Refrigerate 1 hour & serve chilled.
